The Pin Show: My View from Front Row

As I sit in my kitchen and write this out, my jaw is still dropped with how amazing The Pin Show was! It took place at The Bomb Factory on Saturday, February 17th.

Last year I attended The Pin Show with a few friends, but since it was our first time (and I was still trying to navigate the blogging world), I went with general admission. The view from GA is very different from sitting at the front row this year! I am honored to have been invited by The Pin Show. Here is why you need to attend The Pin Show next year!

The Venue

The Bomb Factory is located in Deep Ellum, which is on the South West Side of Dallas. It's a location where creativity and art meet, and all types and styles of people can be found. Deep Ellum welcomes you! This venue offers a warehouse like vibe, and has a lot of space for people to mingle and gather with friends. It creates the perfect atmosphere for a fashion show!

The Designers

Seasoned Designers showcase their new line, while new and upcoming designers make a mark in the Dallas fashion scene. Lace, metallic, embroidery, fishnet, cotton, crop tops, gowns, casual wear, men's wear, faux fur, platform heels, sneakers, and more can all be seen on the runway!

Here is a sneak peak which I posted on my instastories...

The Musicians (Music)

Amazeballs! I was so intrigued with their performance that I didn't get to write their names down! However if I do find out, I will come back and update this post!

Hands down the rappers, and singers are very professional and talented! They know how to work the crowd.

The People

If you are in the fashion scene or would like to get into the fashion scene in Dallas, this is the prefect place to mingle and get to know others who have a "passion for fashion" just like you! I am so happy I finally got to meet Misty Dawn, Christian Craven, and Francois who are all wonderful influencers in our area. I also got to meet the people who operate DFWStyleDaily , Dallas Observer, and DMagazine.

The Fashion

I love people watching! With that being said, I love seeing what other people are wearing! Duh right? I know that's a given, but it's a huge reason why I love living in Dallas! People wear what they want, and express themselves. You see this most evidently at a Dallas Fashion show and The Pin Show does not disappoint. Nothing is too over the top. ;-) here is your chance to be featured as part of the Dallas scene. So wear what you want and have fun! This is what I wore.

I received a lot of compliments all night about these shoes!

Shop these shoes or my entire outfit below!

If you attended the show, what was your favorite part? I hope those who have not attended will make plans to attend next year. I know I will! See you there!
